Quality & sourcing

Evidence before product claims.

Supplier access is not the same as a verified product listing. We keep source files, commercial data and public product claims separate until each is ready.
Industrial product evidence and technical information arranged for review.
01

Supplier and source information

The source pack should identify the product, specification version, packing basis and the origin of any technical or performance statement.

Identity

Supplier and product references should be consistent across quotations, datasheets and packing information.

Version

A dated or versioned source prevents older specifications from silently becoming current product copy.

Claim boundary

Performance, compliance and application claims stay unpublished until their evidence and wording are clear.
02

Product and logistics data

Technical and logistics fields are checked as separate facts so a correct product description is not paired with unverified packing or commercial assumptions.

Technical fields

Material, dimensions, weight, surface, connection and other product-specific attributes.

Packing fields

Pack, pallet and loading information tied to the same product reference.

Commercial fields

MOQ, lead time, pricing and availability confirmed before commerce publication.
03

Release to the public catalogue

A product can move from range preview to verified listing only when the required facts have passed review.

Corporate release

Public range description, appropriate applications and approved evidence wording.

Shopify release

Variants, specifications, price, stock and checkout information published in the trade store.

Ongoing correction

Conflicting or superseded supplier information is held back until the current source is resolved.
